Main responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through cold calling,
prospecting, networking, and outreach. - Drive outbound sales by engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and ensuring alignment with our
services. - Maintain a structured B2B outreach process through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and lead meetings with potential clients to present our financial and
accounting services. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new clients.
- Maintain and update all activities in a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion or
similar). - Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, improve messaging, and achieve
company growth goals.
Personal & Professional skills we're looking for
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
skills (mandatory). - Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or business development,
preferably targeting U.S. or European markets. - Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills; you know how to build trust and
drive conversations. - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently, you take ownership and
thrive in a results-driven environment. - Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage leads and track
performance. - (Bonus) Experience selling outsourcing or professional services (especially in financial,
hospitality, or MKT industries).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed CPA certification or studying towards it.
- +3 years of experience in an Accounting position
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
- Experienced in implementing solutions to streamline and automate processes
- You demonstrate empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
- Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.
Working conditions
- Full-time (8hrs) from Monday to Friday.
- Full-remote
- USD salary (commission-based)
